FIRST VISIT
At Kidz Smile Pediatric Dentistry, we take great pride in ensuring that you and your child have a positive and comfortable experience.
Whether your child is timid, afraid, or excited for his or her first visit, we strive to immerse your child in a caring atmosphere in order to create a pleasant dental experience. Parents are always welcomed to accompany their child during their visit and are encouraged to be a part of oral hygiene education. We strongly believe good dental health among children is accomplished in a team effort. This includes effective dental care from your dentist, consistent dental hygiene at home, constant parent involvement, and a willingness to cooperate from the patient. We hope to build life long relationships where the child is comfortable asking questions and actively interested in achieving optimal oral health.
The initial time spent with your child will include, but is not limited to, home care instruction, nutritional counseling, growth & development evaluation, orthodontic evaluation, and a comprehensive exam that will outline existing dental concerns. During your child’s appointment, we will determine an individualized dental plan specific to your child. We look forward to meeting you and your smile!
